We are collecting essential personal information that you provide in the checkout form to fulfill the delivery of the order. The data we are collecting is your name and address for booking the delivery, mobile-number and email for shipping and order notifications. Your data is only shared with the delivery company (DHL or POSTNORD) and your email with our payment-system provider (BAMBORA).

If you opt in to receive news and offers from Elitloppet, we will share your personal information (name & email) with Stockholms Travsällskap that will use these to send customized newsletters.


We usually send orders within 2-5 workdays unless there is ondemand products in the order which will delay it. Delivery time is dependent on the strain of the delivery company.


Bambora is our provider of payment system and use SSL-technology to secure that your credit card- and private information´s isn't leaked. The money will be withdrawn directly if you choose to pay with card.

If you have entered an incorrect address when ordering or choose not to pick up your package from the postoffice, a handling fee of 200SEK/20EUR will be charged. This fee includes costs for return shipping, administration and handling.

When you have filled in the return form, a QR code will be sent to you via e-mail & SMS, you show the QR code to the nearest postal agent and they will arrange a consignment note for your shipment.

Return shipping costs 59SEK and is deducted from the credited amount when we have received and handled your return. Note that the product you return must be in new condition and sent within 14 days of the created return case.

When returning outside Sweden, you buy returnshipping yourself from any carrier to the provided address. (Remember to always save the tracking number / receipt when submitting your return) .

NOTE: If you want to change the size of clothing, we ask you to create a return case and place a new order for the size you want.
