We are collecting essential personal information that you provide in the checkout form to fulfill the delivery of the order. The data we are collecting is your name and address for booking the delivery, mobile-number and email for shipping and order notifications. Your data is only shared with the delivery company (DHL or POSTNORD) and your email with our payment-system provider (Kustom).

Delivery

We usually send orders within 2-5 workdays for products in stock. Ondemand/Preorder products have longer delivery time. Delivery time is dependent on the strain of the delivery company.

Payment

We use Kustom Checkout as a payment solution. They provide payment methods such as debit or credit card, Swish, Vipps, Invoice, Klarna and partial payment. It is PCI DSS certified and licensed for 3-D Secure to ensure that your credit card and personal information are not leaked. When paying, the terms and conditions for when money is withdrawn or payment is made are stated at the checkout.

VAT

Prices are shown with VAT included, total VAT is shown in checkout.

Extra Fee

Shipping fee is adjusted after delivery country.

Orderconfirmation

An email with orderconfirmation is sent to the provided email address when we receive it. We will also send an email when anything from the order is sent. You can follow the order status from the links in the emails.

Claims
